A Message From Our Administrator
Dear Sunnybrook Family & Friends,
Greetings and a big Lion Roar from Sunnybrook Christian Academy!
What an honor to begin our 34th school year! Your child’s Christian education is an investment that will reap eternal rewards. With God’s provision, His Word, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, we will continue to partner with parents in their God given mandate to “train a child in the way he should go” (Pr. 22:6).
We are pleased to welcome two new faculty members: Mrs. Lorissa Taylor, B.A. in Education with Certification in Secondary Math and English, and Mr. Eliseo Olivares, A.A. Mathematics, Education, Pre-engineering. Each professional brings a zeal and new expectation to their particular disciplines and commitment to scholastic excellence founded on Biblical truths. SCA Faculty challenge the student to attain his or her highest potential.
Sunnybrook has a 33 year tradition of success to uphold. Our goal is to develop the students’ God given talent by instilling a positive work ethic, inspiring them to succeed in their chosen career or vocation. Our Graduates can be found in the US Military, in the medical, teaching, and legal professions, sciences, architecture, the business world, and in ministry. The success of our graduates is Sunnybrook’s success!
Parent Orientation is Friday, August 19th at 7:00pm in the Temple of Praise sanctuary. All parents (new and returning) should be in attendance. Yes, there is still time to enroll your child at Sunnybrook Christian Academy. He or she belongs here!
We invite your family to continue the Sunnybrook tradition.
First day of school is Monday, August 22nd. First bell rings at 8:05.
